What the heck? The Conservatives released their platform, under the working title "In a Galaxy Far Far Away".I'm kidding.
That's what I'm calling it. It's not so much a platform as a waste of trees. Promises in some distant future to help someone, so long as that person has enough money to fund his party for the next few decades, before he'll ever be able to implement any of the measures.
An illusive promise to eliminate the deficit in four years, despite the fact that he can't do it in five, according to the Parliamentary budget officer.
What were his people smoking when they wrote this, and will it get them two years in a new jail?
