American Says Canada Has a "Jack Booted Thug Government"

A story that got little attention in this country, was the revelation that the Harper government was monitoring online chats, and using our tax dollars to employ people to do it.

The "creepiness" aside, is this really the best use of our money?

I've noticed it, and assumed that the trolls were just Harper supporters. I didn't realize they were being paid.

One more reason to vote on May 2, and vote wisely. If Harper gets back in this will only get worse.
