This is not surprising at all. Kent has made his career using his mouth to spout whatever he's paid to spout. I'm sure he'd spout for the anti-Enbridge side if they were prepared to better his present salary and benefits. His brain appears either to be missing or reserved solely for running his autonomous functions.
